Low-Cost Housing I - III, Namibia, 1999
Evaluation of low-cost housing projects oriented at poor target groups which had been implemented in the cities of Windhoek, Walvis Bay and Swakopmund from 1992 - 1999. The projects supported the construction of small residential houses, the development of sites for housing projects and the refurbishment of former shared housing units (single quarters) for black workers in township areas.

Promotion of Intermunicipal Cooperation in Urban Services Provision,
Georgia, 2000.
Appraisal of a technical assistance project to build up an intermunicipal enterprise or association to operate water supply, sewerage and solid waste management services in six district capitals in the Borjomi-Kharagauly National Park region. The project has been designed as a complementary component to financial assistance project which will finance the rehabilitation of urban infrastructure in the project region.
